White Creme de Menthe

A colorless, clear version of mint liqueur with the same cooling peppermint flavor as green crème de menthe but without the food coloring. White crème de menthe is used when color is undesirable, such as in the Stinger (with brandy) and white-layered cocktails where mint flavor is wanted invisibly.

Profil aromatique

Cool, intense peppermint nose with sweet, menthol clarity. Palate is bracingly fresh with clean, icy mint character without green coloring. Long, cooling finish with crystalline mint purity.
