White Creme de Menthe

A colorless, clear version of mint liqueur with the same cooling peppermint flavor as green crème de menthe but without the food coloring. White crème de menthe is used when color is undesirable, such as in the Stinger (with brandy) and white-layered cocktails where mint flavor is wanted invisibly.
