Eine konzentrierte Flüssigwürze, hergestellt durch Extraktion von Vanilleschoten in Alkohol, mit intensivem, reinem Vanillegeschmack. Einige Tropfen verleihen Cocktails süße, blumige Vanilletiefe ohne den Zucker von Vanillesirup. Verwendet in selbstgemachten vanilleinfundierten Spirituosen und als Geschmacksverstärker in Cream-Cocktails.
