Green Chartreuse
A French herbal liqueur made by Carthusian monks since 1737 from 130 botanicals, with intensely complex flavors of green herbs, mint, anise, and floral notes at 55% ABV. Green Chartreuse is used in the Last Word, Bijou, and other sophisticated cocktails requiring herbal intensity.
