Honey Syrup

Honey diluted with warm water (usually 2:1 or 3:1 honey to water) for easier mixing into cold cocktails. Raw honey is too thick and viscous to dissolve in cold drinks. Essential for Penicillin, Gold Rush, and Bee's Knees.
