El endulzante de cóctel más básico: partes iguales de azúcar blanco y agua (1:1 en peso), disueltas mediante calor o removiendo en frío. Se integra mejor en bebidas frías que el azúcar granulado. Vida útil: de 2 a 4 semanas refrigerado.
