Pour the Gin and Soda water into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Garnish with the lime wedge.
Gin and Soda es un highball minimalista de dos ingredientes que combina ginebra con agua con gas y un toque de lima, servido sobre hielo en un vaso highball. History & Origins
Gin and soda water has been a common serve since the 19th century when soda water became widely available and was used as a neutral mixer for spirits. The combination became particularly fashionable with health-conscious drinkers in the early 21st century as the zero-calorie effervescence of soda water was preferred over the sugar-containing tonic water. Its specific origin is unrecorded.
