- maraschino liqueur 1/4 tsp
- Lemon Juice 1/4 tsp
- Orange bitters 2 dashes
- Cherry 1
Instrucciones
Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and a maraschino cherry. Serve without a straw.

History & Origins
Casino appears in Harry Craddock's Savoy Cocktail Book of 1930, making it one of the definitive cocktails of the golden age of the American Bar at the Savoy Hotel in London. The drink predates Craddock's documentation, however, with versions appearing in earlier 20th century guides. The IBA's recognition of it as an Unforgettable acknowledges its place in the historical canon of gin cocktails.
Tasting Notes
Aroma: Juniper and botanicals from the gin, with orange bitters providing a citrus lift, the nutty cherry sweetness of maraschino, and a bright lemon note. Palate: Gin-led and dry, with the maraschino adding subtle sweetness and the lemon juice a clean tartness; orange bitters weave through, adding complexity. Finish: Medium-length, clean and aromatic.
