Green Chartreuse

A French herbal liqueur made by Carthusian monks since 1737 from 130 botanicals, with intensely complex flavors of green herbs, mint, anise, and floral notes at 55% ABV. Green Chartreuse is used in the Last Word, Bijou, and other sophisticated cocktails requiring herbal intensity.

Intensely herbaceous nose with over 130 botanicals including mint, anise, and saffron. Palate is complex with sweet honey, eucalyptus, and vegetal depth. Very long, warming, herbal finish.
