An aged, molasses-based rum with deep amber-to-brown color and rich flavors of toffee, vanilla, dried fruit, and spice. Aged longer than gold rum, dark rum brings complexity and depth to Daiquiris, Dark and Stormys, and tiki classics like the Mai Tai.
