Spirituose plus Limettensaft plus Sodawasser, ganz ohne Süße. Benannt nach Colonel Joe Rickey, der in den 1880ern in Washington DC Bourbon mit Limette und Soda bestellte. Der Gin Rickey wurde berühmter als das bourbonbasierte Original.
