The Orgasm cocktail is a popular American bar drink of disputed origin that emerged in the late 20th century alongside the proliferation of cream-and-liqueur cocktails. It belongs to a family of similarly named drinks including the Multiple Orgasm and Screaming Orgasm, which differ in minor ingredient variations. No single creator is definitively credited, and it appears in bartending guides from the 1980s onward.
