- Baileys Irish Cream 2/3 oz
- Chambord Raspberry Liqueur 1/3 oz
- Sugar syrup 1 tsp
- Sugar 2 pinches

History & Origins
Dessert shots became wildly popular in British and American bars during the 1990s and 2000s, aiming to replicate the flavors of familiar sweet treats in alcoholic form. The Jam Donut shot belongs to this tradition, combining Chambord — a French black raspberry liqueur introduced in 1982 — with Baileys for a maximally sweet, layered effect. Its exact origin is disputed.
