Espresso

A concentrated shot of coffee brewed under pressure, with intense roasted flavor, slight bitterness, and natural crema. Used as a cocktail ingredient to add bold coffee character. The defining component of the Espresso Martini, it also appears in coffee-forward sours and bitter cocktails.
