Sambuca

An Italian anise-flavored liqueur with intense licorice sweetness and a clean, herbal warmth. Traditionally served with three coffee beans (the Romani tradition of con la mosca, 'with the fly'). Used in shooters, espresso cocktails, and digestif pours. Flaming Sambuca is a classic bar trick.
