- Soda Water (seltzer water)
- Lime peel 1

In a large glass, put the lime juice and sugar, and stir well. Add cold seltzer water to fill. Put the lime peels in the glass. Drink. Repeat until limes or soda run out.

History & Origins
Limeade has roots in tropical and subtropical regions where limes grow abundantly, with recipes appearing in British and American cookbooks as early as the 19th century. Its origin is disputed, though it closely resembles nimbu pani from South Asia and the limonades of the Caribbean. The fizzy soda-water version became a popular American soda fountain drink in the early 20th century.
