History & Origins
Coke and Drops is a folk recipe with disputed origins, typical of the informal drink modifications that passed through social networks and home bartending circles before the digital age. The practice of adding a small amount of citrus juice to cola dates back to the early days of soda fountain culture, when lemon and lime juice were commonly added to carbonated sodas. No single creator has been credited.
Tasting Notes
Aroma: Classic Coca-Cola with its distinctive caramel and cola spice, with a faint citrus lift from the lemon drops.
