A Scotch whisky blended or single-malt style from Scotland, known for distinctive smoky, peaty character (especially from Islay), dried fruit, and oak complexity. Scotch ranges from delicate Speysides to heavily peated Islays. Used in Rob Roys, Rusty Nails, and Penicillin cocktails.
