Cayenne pepper

Ground dried cayenne chili with intense, clean heat and subtle fruity pepper flavor. Used in small amounts to add fiery spice to cocktail rims or directly into drinks. A pinch of cayenne in a Michelada or Bloody Mary adds bold heat, and it's used in chili-chocolate cocktails for warming spice.
