Tasting Notes
Aroma: floral elderflower and lavender, bright lime zest, tropical pineapple sweetness, and a peppery herbal note from the Angostura and pepper. Palate: fresh and complex with the grape-forward Pisco as a base, lifted by elderflower and pineapple and balanced by lime acidity and a subtle spice. Finish: floral, lightly bitter, and lingering with lavender and pepper.
Pro Tip
Double-strain to remove all herb fragments and ice shards, and place two lavender sprigs across the top of the glass rather than submerging them to preserve their visual and aromatic impact.
