Almond flavoring

An artificial or natural almond extract providing the characteristic sweet, nutty almond flavor without the fat of actual almonds. Used in small quantities to add almond notes to cocktails, often as an alternative to orgeat syrup. Adds a marzipan-like quality to tiki drinks and dessert cocktails.
