Ingredients & Botanicals

Fresh ginger juice (or grated ginger) cooked with sugar to create a spicy-sweet syrup. The base of the Penicillin cocktail and an excellent modifier for mules, highballs, and hot toddies. Intensity varies by ginger freshness and cooking time.
