조리법
Put the Bombay Sapphire, Martini Bianco, sugar syrup & blackberries in a cocktail shaker with lots of ice and shake vigorously before pouring into a balloon glass, topping up with lemonade and garnishing with a wedge of orange.

History & Origins
Hunter's Moon takes its name from the traditional full moon following the Harvest Moon, which historically illuminated the fields for night hunting. The cocktail is a modern creation that blends vermouth-based aperitif traditions with the trend for lower-alcohol, fruit-driven drinks popularized in British bars from the 2000s onward. Its exact origin is disputed.
Tasting Notes
Aroma: Jammy blackberry and cherry, with a floral vermouth lift and a hint of citrus lemonade. Palate: Sweet and lightly tart, with blackberry fruit, maraschino's almond-cherry note, and vermouth's herbal edge carried by the effervescent lemonade. Finish: Clean and fruity, with a gentle sweetness and a lingering berry note.

Muddle the blackberries gently in the shaker before adding the other ingredients to extract their juice without releasing excessive bitterness from the seeds.
