조리법
Add ice to a shaker and pour in all ingredients. Using a bar spoon, stir 40 to 45 revolutions or until thoroughly chilled. Strain into a martini glass or over ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with orange twist.

History & Origins
The Negroni was created at Caffè Casoni in Florence, Italy, in 1919 when Count Camillo Negroni asked bartender Fosco Scarselli to strengthen his Americano by replacing soda water with gin. The French Negroni variation emerged in the modern craft cocktail era as bartenders explored substitutions within the classic Negroni template. Its specific creator is disputed and unrecorded.
Tasting Notes
Aroma: juniper from the gin, the citrus and honey of Lillet Blanc, and the sweet, herbal warmth of sweet vermouth, with an expressed orange peel note. Palate: lighter and less bitter than a classic Negroni, with floral citrus from the Lillet leading, supported by gin botanicals and vermouth sweetness. Finish: dry, herbal, and gently bitter with a lingering orange peel character.
Pro Tip
Stir for 40 to 45 revolutions with large ice cubes for proper dilution and chilling, and express an orange peel over the surface before placing it in the glass to add aromatic citrus oils.
