Tennessee whiskey

A style of American whiskey, most famously represented by Jack Daniel's, filtered through charcoal before aging (the Lincoln County Process). This gives Tennessee whiskey a smoother, slightly sweeter character than bourbon. Used in Jack and Coke, Tennessee Mules, and various whiskey cocktails.

Flavor Profile

Sweet, charcoal-mellowed nose with maple, vanilla, and caramel corn. Palate is distinctively smooth with banana, toffee, and Lincoln County process character. Long, warm, oaky finish.
