Club soda

Plain carbonated water with a small amount of salt added during production, giving a very subtle mineral quality. Nearly identical to soda water, club soda is a classic cocktail lengthener used in Tom Collins, Gin Rickeys, and Whiskey Highballs to add effervescence without flavor.
