French herbal liqueur made by Carthusian monks since 1737 from a secret recipe of 130 botanicals. Green Chartreuse (55% ABV) is intensely herbal; Yellow (40%) is milder and sweeter. Essential for Last Word and Chartreuse Swizzle.
