Ingredients
- Gin 2 oz
- Light cream 2 tsp
- Powdered sugar 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice of 1/2
- Egg White 1
- Carbonated Water
Instructions
Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass over two ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve.
